1. Send electricity. Close the air switch in the control cabinet, and the stripe power indicator will light up. Be careful not to touch the wiring terminal with your fingers. Be careful of electric shock, which may endanger safety.
2. Upper curtain roll. Open the safety clip, hang the curtain roll, close the safety clip, separate the curtain and tape, and wrap the curtain onto the rolling cloth drum.
3. Manual tape transmission. The guide is opened manually, and the moving guide is opened at the forward turning point. The tape is dragged manually through the rectifying roller, tensioning roller, braking roller and driving roller.
4. Draw the wire. According to the size of the rubber strip to be produced, cut the rubber strip with scissors, and then draw the line, and fixed on the drawing roller.
5. Upper crimping roller. Remove the square shaft at the end of the coiling shaft head, install 30 nylon reels, then install the upper shaft, open the coiling safety clip, install the coiling shaft, coiling 1 and coiling 2 operate the same.
6, on the tape head. Stretch the strip to the right position and wrap the strip around the reel, keeping the strip length the same to maintain the same tension.
7, adjust the tension. Adjust the COiling tension TO 6.5-10, and the guiding tension to 10-15. Pay attention to the appropriate increase of the coiling tension as the coiling diameter increases to ensure the consistent tension of the rubber strip.
8. Adjust the take-up speed. Adjust the take-up speed within the required range. Note that the take-up speed should not be too large during startup to avoid correction and tracking errors. It can be adjusted to 20 and then increase after startup.
9. Start the machine. After the above operation is completed, press the start button and rotate for one or two turns to observe whether the reel strip is offset or not. If yes, stop unwinding, straighten the position, and then continue to rotate. At the same time, pay attention to the position of the drawing wire head to adjust the start and stop of the drawing wire, to prevent the wire head from breaking or clamping the wire.
10. Adjust the tightness of the coiling rubber strip. If there is a relaxation of the rubber strip, it is generally because of the thickness of the rubber strip, resulting in a smaller coiling diameter. Plastic pads can be added to increase the diameter, so as to ensure that the tension is consistent with other rubber strips.
11. Stop the machine after coiling. Stop the machine when the crimp diameter reaches 160 mm.
12. Unload the product. Cut the rubber strip, loosen the safety clip, lift down the coiling shaft, take the lower shaft, unload the product, pay attention to the timely separation of products, do not stack together, to prevent adhesion.
